Morgan Flash

Flash is predawn tattoo designs by the artist. Typically, the artist that draws the flash is the one who is going to be doing the tattoo. The schedule time and the price are based on the design as it is presented - including size and placement. If you wish to make adjustments it can affect the cost and the schedule time and will need to be requoted. Also, keep in mind that is the artists discretion on whether they do the flash design again or take it down as a tattoo option. If it is not taken down, more than one person can get the Design.
